By doing that you’re just limiting your experiences you’re limiting your growth. So you need to somehow transition those negative thoughts into positive motivational thoughts to yourself.

Instead, you should be thinking you know what I can do this I am strong enough, I am good enough and if that person can do it then I sure as hell I can do it too don’t lose a battle before it even begins.

I know a lot of people who say I’m not gonna try this because I don’t think I’m gonna be good at it that’s the wrong way of thinking about it you should try it because you never know what’s gonna happen.

Always Learn

Learn as much as possible learn anything in everything you can just like read books, try different types of music different types of food, go to places you’ve never been to before, and experience different things.

It’s always good to be well-rounded because then you can carry a conversation with anyone you meet, then you can share things that they might not even no and teach them something cool which is not only good for them but also it’s a great feeling for you.

Put Yourself in Uncomfortable Situations

This is probably one of the hardest ones but it needs to be done you need to put yourself in uncomfortable situations and I think this is one of the biggest lessons we should learn in our life.

Most of us used to shy away from things that made us feel uncomfortable, scared us, and made us feel uneasy for example public speaking or approaching a girl it’s not easy.




We think that we might get rejected by that girl so we might as well not even go talk to her or people probably are not gonna like what I have to say so I’m just not gonna say anything. But what we should learn is that the more you put yourself out there in those uncomfortable situations the more comfortable you will become in those same situations and it makes total sense.

If you do it often enough then it becomes something natural, something easy, something you’ve done before and you’re not gonna stress about it anymore.

Let me tell you guys it wasn’t a natural a talent that we were born with we had to work for this and if I can do it I know that you can do it too.

Be Prepared

Always be prepared when talking to a crowd or shooting a video or doing a panel we need to put our best foot forward to feel confident and We can’t do that if we don’t know what I’m talking about so take the time to study research and learn as much as possible about the subject that you’re gonna be talking about.

If you know it by heart then you’re gonna feel 100% confident about everything that comes out of your mouth you’re gonna be able to answer any questions without hesitation and that feels good it’s a lot of hard work but it pays off immensely.

This is also something that I learned late in my life I wish that I knew this earlier when I was younger but better late than never think about something that’s been sitting on your to-do list for a while for example and just take the first step to get it done.

I know that gathering up the energy and the drive to get started is usually the hardest part but once you start, things get so much easier it gets your moving and once you get going it’s so much easier to finish plus it’s a great feeling when you accomplish or finish something right.

So take the time, tomorrow morning, for example, to wake up and get something done because it’s gonna give you such a good confidence boost for the rest of the day.
